Boys Soccer: Boys soccer will start Monday, Nov 13th at 3 p.m. on the practice field.  Get your gold card from Mrs. Ahern before that time.  Your new coach is Justin Ward. Give your Gold card to Mrs. Romero ASAP.  You may not try out without a gold card.  Don’t wait till the last minute.
AUHS/WVHS performing arts presents the musical, "Hello Dolly" on November 7th-11th at 7 p.m. and November 11th at 2 p.m.  A student/staff discount will be given on opening night, November 7th at 7 p.m. only.  Each ticket with a student or staff ID is only $5.  You must purchase your discount ticket that night at the box office.  All other tickets can be purchased at sscya.org.
Attention Cub Athletes:  If you are not currently in a fall sport and are interested in wrestling practices will start on Monday-Friday from 3-5 pm.  Please get your Gold card from Mrs. Ahern in the attendance office before school, during lunch or after school, you must have your gold card before you can practice.  If you have any questions please see Mr. Stout or Mr. Penick.

Key Club: There is meeting Monday, November 13th during RTI in room 326. Please attend to discuss upcoming events such as the Anderson Tree Lighting and the annual Christmas Party.

Attention Sophomores, Juniors, and Seniors: The Fall ASVAB is coming soon! If you want to get a jump start on finding a career that’s right for you, please don’t pass up this great opportunity to take the ASVAB for FREE! Test date is Tuesday, December 5th 8am-11am in the Library. For more information and to sign-up please see Dani in the Go Center.

Seniors:  The National Recognition Products Rep is scheduled to be here on Thursday, November 9th during lunch to take orders for graduation announcements and cap and gown orders, don’t’ delay the prices will increase.

Students: Shasta County Youth Violence Prevention Council is looking for students to serve on the Youth Peer Court Grand Jury! Serving in real juvenile court hearings improves your public speaking skills and looks great on college and scholarship applications! Visit www.yvpc.org for more information and click “Programs”.
Seniors: Mrs. Esparza, Mr. Zippay and/or Mr. Martin will be in the Go Center during lunch everyday until Nov. 30 to help you fill out your college applications. Please stop in for one-on-one assistance. Remember, CSU and UC applications are due November 30th. Don't wait until the last minute!
