Seniors: The Panoramic picture will be this WEDNESDAY, APRIL 5th, meet in the bleachers on the football field at 9am.  Order forms for the panoramic picture are available from Ms. Teixeira in Room 215 or in the Student Store.  Please make sure to have your order from completed before Wednesday to turn it into the Lifetouch Photographer.
Key Club Blood Drive: The next blood drive is Thursday, April 20th after spring break. To donate, you must be at least sixteen years old and receive parental permission. If you are eighteen, you do not need permission, only an activity release. Remember to bring a photo ID with you on the day of the blood drive. Please turn all of your materials in to Mrs. Bradlyn before the day of the blood drive. Sign up in room 326 to participate.

Cheer:  If you are interested in trying out for Cheer for next year, tryouts are April 18,19 & 20th with a mandatory parent meeting on the 18th at 5 pm in the cafeteria.  You must have a current sports physical and a gold card from Mrs. Ahern in the attendance office.  If you have any questions, please call Dusty 941-2987. Reminder that we are on Spring Break from April 10-17, so don’t delay getting your gold card this week.

SeniorsSober Grad permission slips have been mailed out, please be on the lookout for them, if you do not receive one in the mail come pick one up in the Student Store, permission slips and guest money are due by Friday, May 5th to Marti in the Student Store, no late slips will be accepted.

Wrestlers: Reminder-CUB wrestlers tonight is our banquet BBQ in the AUHS cafeteria. Please join us as we celebrate your dedication to finishing the 2016-17 wrestling season.

Attention ALL Students: We have an excellent college scholarship opportunity open to all grade levels through Redding Rotary!! For more information, see Dani in the Go Center. Applications available in the Go Center and Counseling Office. Due Friday, April 21st.

Sadies Dance Tickets are now on sale in the Student Store and at lunch in the quad.  Tickets are $7 with ASB, $8 without and $14.00 per couple.  Get your presale tickets early… tickets are limited and will go fast!!

Congratulations to some of our Cubs for participating in ALL-STAR sporting events last weekend.  Soccer- The North beat the south 2-1, and representing Anderson High was Alfredo Lopez and Manny Gomez.  Alfredo played great defense and Manny had an assist.  Boys Basketball -Ryan Hysell won the 3-point contest by edging out a Chico player in a sudden death round.  Girls Basketball Katlyn Walker added 5 points to the score with the North beating the South. Congratulations to all our outstanding athletes.

Sadie’s Dance: If you are planning to go to the dance you need to purchase your tickets TODAY before lunch in the student store or at lunch in the quad.  If we do not sell 70 tickets before the end of lunch today, the Sadie’s Dance will be cancelled.  If the dance is cancelled, all students that purchased tickets will be refunded their money.

Seniors: If you haven’t turned in your senior contract then you need to do so immediately. If you fail to turn-in your contract to the attendance office, disciplinary action will be taken against you. Please contact Mr. Mason if you have any questions. Also, remember the attendance requirements of the contract. This will be enforced immediately.

Seniors:  The Shasta College Counselors will be back on campus Monday, April 3rd to develop your Ed. Plans. The sign-up sheet for appointments is in the Counseling Office. Please sign up for ONE 20-minute appointment by this Friday. Remember, you must have a Shasta College application on file and have attended a Shasta College Orientation to participate.

Attention Students: Looking for a summer job? Do you enjoy working in the outdoors and helping to preserve nature? The Youth Conservation Corps (YCC) may be the right fit for you! Please see Dani in the Go Center to learn about eligibility requirements, and pick up an application. Application deadline is April 15th.

Attention JUNIORS: ROP Cosmetology applications are available! Please see Dani in the Go Center for an application and more info.
