Students: Remember that Cub Connection is
giving you a great opportunity for summer employment with the City of Anderson
Parks and Recreation department. Stop by room 112 TODAY from 2:45
to 4:30 and let Pam Lewis fill you in on all the details. If there
is enough interest, Cub Connection will pay for First Aid and CPR classes so
you have the ability to work as a lifeguard, just one of the opportunities
available. Can’t make it in today? You have another chance to
meet with Pam next Tuesday, room 112, 2:45 – 4:30. See Valerie if you
have any questions.
Cub Connection:
Our first annual “Amazing Race” will be held this Thursday, March 23
from 3:15 to 4:45 pm. Form a team of 3 and meet various challenges
to beat other teams. Members of the winning team will each receive a $10
Dutch Bros. gift card. Look for a sign up table during lunch or get your
registration form from the Cub Connection rooms.
Juniors
and Seniors:
GEAR UP will be hosting these FREE trips over Spring Break. Trip #1 is April 10
to Butte College (including the law enforcement academy). Trip #2 is April
11-12 to Southern Oregon University, University of Oregon, and Oregon State
University. Trip #3 is April 13-14 to Chico State, Sac State, UC Davis, San
Francisco State, Stanford, and Berkeley. Trip #4 is April 17 to Shasta
College. If room allows, you may attend multiple trips.
Applications are due by Thursday, March 23. For an application or
any questions, please contact Mr. Martin or your counselor in the counseling
center.
Attention Sophomores, Juniors,
and Seniors: The Spring ASVAB test is today
from 8am-11am in the Library.

Seniors: The sales person for National Recognition
Products will be on our campus at lunch time in the Cafeteria on Friday to take
late orders for any graduation items such as caps/gowns, graduation
announcements, and class rings. Graduation is now only two months away so
your order needs to be placed as soon as possible. If you have not yet
ordered and need a catalog or information, please stop by and ask him any
questions you might have before placing your order or use the opportunity to
hand in your order to him. Order forms are also available in the
Counseling and Principal’s Offices so you can have your order filled out and
ready for him on March 24th.
