will be tomorrow, March 14th right after 1st period
please meet at the football stadium by 8:45, if it is raining we will meet in
the Large Gym at the same time. Please be prompt.

participants!
The initial date for Pam Lewis from Anderson Parks and Recreation has been
changed from March 14th to March 21st. We will
still have a pizza party this day! Other dates include March 28 and
April 4; time is 2:45 to 4:15 each day. Stop by room 212 and find out if
there is a summer job available for you! See Valerie if you
have any questions.
Students: deposits for the AP exams are
due by Wednesday March 15. Please make your $15 deposit to Marti in the student
store immediately.
Students: as the temperature increases
this spring, please remember the AUHS dress code will be strictly enforced. If
you have a question about the dress code, please ask your teacher or
administration for clarification.
Attention Students: Looking for a summer job? Do you
enjoy working in the outdoors and helping to preserve nature? The Youth
Conservation Corps (YCC) may be the right fit for you! Please see Dani in the Go
Center to learn about eligibility requirements, and pick up an application.
Application deadline is April 15th.
It’s Safety Awareness Week and Safety Sam
says, “No one deserves to be bullied. Bullying can be punching, shoving,
spreading rumors, exclusion, or teasing. Additionally, cyberbullying is when
bullies use technology to harass others. This might be sending mean or
threatening texts or emails, posting nasty pictures or messages about others on
blogs or websites, or using someone else's name to spread rumors. If you feel
you are being threatened or bullied, tell a teacher, the principal or another
adult you trust.”
