Attention all Advanced Placement students:  If you are interested in taking the AP English Literature or Calculus exams, please pay your $15 deposit to Ms. Murphy in student store. All deposits are due by March 26. The total cost of each exam is $94. You can also inquire with Ms. Murphy to see if you are eligible for a fee reduction. If you are eligible for the reduction, the total cost is reduced to $15.  

Field Trip Opportunities: Shasta College is having a Preview Day for 2 of their fastest growing career pathways: Health Science and Advanced Manufacturing. These are 2 separate field trips on the same day, Friday March 2nd.   The Health Science Field Trip will take a tour of Shasta College’s medical programs and observe or assist a simulated birth! The Manufacturing Field Trip will tour Shasta College’s cutting edge manufacturing facilities and test out a virtual welder. Pick up a permission slip from Dani in the Go Center if you would like to go on one of these field trips. Space is limited, so don’t delay!

Seniors: GEAR UP is sponsoring a FAFSA Completion Sweepstakes. Complete your Free Application for Federal Student Aid at fafsa.ed.gov by March 2nd to be entered for a chance to win an Apple MacBook Air! Contact Mr. Zippay in the counseling office if you have questions.

Attention 2018-2019 Seniors: Be a part of local government in action.  The Anderson Union High School District Board of Trustees is accepting application the position of District Student Board Member for the 2018-2019 school year.  Apply now!  Application information is on the district website at www.auhsd.net  Deadline is Friday, March 15, 2018.
Shasta College TRIO studentsIf you are interested in participating in a FREE overnight Spring Break trip to visit CSU, Humboldt, please pick up a permission slip in the GO Center at the Shasta College TRIO desk.  Space is very limited, permission slips are due on March 20, 2018.  If you have questions, see Mrs. Esparza.
