Yearbooks: We have several students who
have not picked up their pre-paid yearbooks, please come see Marti in the Student
Store before school, at lunch or after school until 3 to pick them up, if you
haven’t purchased one yet we have a limited supply left we will sell them until
we run out.
ATTENTION SENIORS: Want to win a Dutch Bros gift
card? Then all you have to do is upload 1 high school throwback picture on any
social media from now until TUESDAY, May 30th with the hashtag #auhsthrowback
and tag @auhsbluecrew to be entered in to win a Dutch Bros gift card. The
winner will be announced at the Senior Send-Off Rally on May 30th.
Juniors and Seniors: If you are still
interested in attending the Summer Tour of Colleges in June, there will likely
be additional spots added for AUHS students. You must first RSVP on www.tinyurl.com/collegetour. Then, get an
application packet and handbook from the counseling center, and return the
completed application to Mr. Martin ASAP. It will be a great opportunity
to experience some great college campuses in California.
Volleyball-Open gym
is this week and next, Monday thru Wed from 7:30-9, you must have your gold
card to practice.
Senior
Send-off Spirit Week:
Today- fun in the sun- Break out your swimsuit and
tank tops! We will be having the slip n slide out during lunch and will be
having a water balloon tossing contest :)
Fri- USA - Wear red, white, and blue for
Memorial Day! Also, DON'T FORGET WE ARE HAVING OUR MOVIE NIGHT TONIGHT @8:45
Seniors: We're having our senior sunset THIS Friday
before our movie! Sunset is @8:30 make sure to be there by @8:15
Attention leadership candidates
for next year: If you
missed the meeting last week, and still wish to take the leadership class next
year, please see Mr. Long in room 321. Student applications are due TODAY, Thursday,
May 25th, 2017.
Link Crew/Frosh Orientation: If you want to be a part of next
year’s link crew & help out with frosh orientation but were unable to make
it to May Day, stop into Mr. Osborn’s room and pick up a link crew application.
Girls
Basketball Open Gym: The Lady Cubs will be
holding Summer Open Gym every Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 7-9 p.m.
starting June 13th. You must have a gold slip to participate.
