Soccer: Tryouts for boys soccer will be Monday
November 11th , Tuesday November 12th and Wednesday
November 13th from 3:30-5pm.
You MUST have your gold card to try out, see Marti in the Student store.
Attention
all students: The Homecoming dance is
cancelled. If you paid for pre-sale
tickets to the homecoming dance, please see Marti in the student store to
collect your full refund by today, thank you.
Seniors: Ultimate Grad will be here next Thursday,
November 14th during lunch in the cafeteria for order pick-ups.
Attention Sophomores, Juniors, and Seniors:
The ASVAB is coming soon! The ASVAB is a FREE career aptitude test that
measures your strengths in a variety of subjects to match you with career
options. Test date is Tuesday, December 3rd during 1st –
4th period, in the Library. Activity Release is required. For more
information or to sign-up, see Dani Pavone in the Go Center.
Cub Connection: Just a reminder to
all AUHS students that Cub Connection offers a Vocal Jazz Ensemble POD on
Tuesdays and Thursdays, in the Band Room, with Mr. Costa from 3:15 -4:45
pm. If you want to jazz up your after school experience, this is one way to do
it. See Jen in room 212 if you have questions.
Basketball Cheer: Anyone wanting to try out for basketball
cheer, try outs will be Friday, November 8th and Saturday November 9th
from 3-5 in the quad, you MUST have a gold card to try out. Current Football cheerleaders moving on to
Basketball cheer will need an updated gold card. See Marti in the student
store. There will be parent meeting on Saturday November 9th, 2019 at
4:30pm-5:30pm in the AUHS Cafeteria.
OLD WEST: The AUHS/WVHS
performing arts department will present their annual Old West Dinner Theater
auditions on Nov. 14th and 15th from 4-6 p.m. at the AUHS PAC. All
students are welcome to audition. Please see Mrs. Romero, Mrs. Hill, or
Mr. Costa for any questions you may have.
