Football: Spring Training for 2019-2020 football season
will start May 13th if you are interested please get your gold card
from Marti in the Student Store. You
will meet in the blue room at 3pm on May 13th for more information.
Seniors: The Senior Panoramic Picture is scheduled for
tomorrow, April 30th at 9am. Order forms are available in the
student store.
Prom
Tickets: Prom tickets are on sale now until this Friday, May 3rd,
no ticket sales at the door, you can purchase them in the student store before
school, during lunch or after school until 3pm, no tickets will be sold during
class time. Prices for single $30 or
couples $50 without ASB, with ASB single is $25 and couple is $45. Reminder if you have an outstanding student
bill it has to be paid before you can purchase Prom tickets.
Lady
Cubs: There will be a field trip on May 10th for Shasta
College’s “Non-Traditional Employment for Women” Event. There will be
information on high paying careers that are looking to hire women. There will
also be food and prizes. Pick up an information packet in the counseling
office, and return your field trip permission slip and activity release form to
Mr. Jones to reserve your spot ASAP.
Juniors: On Wednesday, May
1st Study Smart Tutors will be giving a SAT prep workshop in the
library from 2:45-5:45 pm. Please sign
up in the Go Center!
Seniors: Help support
your sober grad night and sell some jerky, Pick up jerky in the student store
during lunch TODAY!
Girls
Basketball: Any girls interested in
playing basketball next year, please stop by the library during lunch on
Wednesday to sign up and get information.
Juniors:
Applications for ROP Cosmetology are due TOMORROW, April 30th. For
questions see Dani in the Go Center.
Seniors: Are you planning to attend a
technical school or a community college technical cert program? If so, apply
for a chance to win a $1000 scholarship! Applications available in the Go
Center. Due April 30th.
Students
and Staff: Sober grad is hosting a fundraiser at Player Pizza this Thursday
May 2, 2018 from 4-9 pm, come out and support our Seniors Sober Grad.
Seniors:
You can pick up your It’s Jerky Sticks for the Sober Grad fundraiser during
lunch in the student store.
Seniors:
please turn in sober grad permission slip weather you’re going or not.
Congratulations to the Anderson Union High School
Concert Band and Jazz Ensemble for earning Silver Ratings at the Bay Area Music
Festival held at Diablo Valley College on Saturday. Outstanding music awards
were also given to Lillian Ramirez for Concert Band and to Ezra Costa for Jazz
Ensemble. Way to go Cub!!!
