Attention Ladies:
Shasta College will be hosting the annual
Non-Traditional Employment for Women (N.E.W.) event on May 4th, 2018 at Shasta
College from 9:00 am to 1:30 pm. This event exposes female students to various
non-traditional career pathways. Space is limited! If you’re interested in
attending please see Mr. Jones in the Counseling Office.
Seniors:
Sign up for the Shasta College enrollment and registration workshop. The
workshop will be in the Library computer lab on Monday, April 30th
during 2nd, 3rd and 6th periods. If you have
completed the application and orientation this session will help you as you
finalize enrollment. You must sign up and pick the period you would like to
attend in the counseling office by the end of the day Friday, April 27th!
Juniors: ROP Cosmetology applications are
available online and in the Attendance Office. Completed applications must be
turned-in to Shasta School of Cosmetology by 4:30pm on April 30th.

Seniors: National Recognition Products
rep will be on Campus tomorrow, April 27th to hand out some orders
that were previously placed and collect the last minute orders. Hopefully you are not waiting until the very
last minute to order your cap and gown, graduation will be here before you know
it. Go talk to him in the cafeteria
during lunch if you have any questions.
REMINDER:
Students wishing to attend the In-Woods Logging Demonstration on Wednesday, May
2nd. Please get your completed activity release forms and parental
permission slips turned in to Mr. Zappay in the Counseling Office, or to Mrs.
Perea in the Principal’s Office as soon as possible. You do not want to miss
this GREAT EVENT!!
