Outdoor Adventure Club: Are you good at
solving riddles? Come join us this Saturday October 14 on a Letter Boxing
adventure, when we will use clues to find hidden treasures and discover
interesting places. Sign up with Mr. Clawson in room 220 no later than
Thursday.
All Juniors and Honors Sophomores will be
taking the PSAT on Wednesday, October 11 at 7:45 a.m. Your room
assignments have been posted next to the RTI lists. Please check the lists to
see what room you have been assigned. If you have any questions, please see
your counselors or Mr. Mason.
Seniors: This is the
last week for you to contact Creative Portraits, don’t delay make your
appointment before October 13th to get your FREE picture taken
for the yearbook. Their number is 530-223-5456
Students: Anyone interested
in attending the Nature Bridge at Yosemite National Park, April 8-13, needs to
apply online with the McConnell foundation by October 15th.
If you need information you can see Mrs. Romero or pick up the information in

Students: The AUHS/WVHS Performing Arts presents
“Broadway Night” Thursday, October 12, at 7pm.
Tickets are only $5 and are available at the door, please join us for a
great evening of music and fun.
Key Club:
The Blood Drive is Tuesday, October 17th. You will need a permission slip to donate
blood if you are under eighteen. Please
bring a photo ID with you when you donate.
You must return your permission slip and activity release to Mrs.
Bradlyn by Monday, October 16th.
If you would still like to sign up, please stop by room 326.
Seniors:
On Saturday, October 21, we will take a van to CSU Chico for their
preview day. We will tour the campus/rec
center/residence halls, participate in financial aid/scholarship/admissions
workshops, and meet with student support staff.
There is no fee for students.
Free lunch will be included.
There will be limited seats available.
Please contact Mr. Martin to sign up and obtain a permission slip.
Community
Service Club: Come and get involved with your community as we clean Anderson
Creek afterschool on Monday. See Mr. Osborn (Room 127) for a permission
form or if you need more information.
Reminder varsity football practice will be at 1:30 today.
