If you plan to play any of the upcoming sports,
Softball, Baseball, Basketball, Track and Field please come get your Gold Card
from Ms Murphy in the Student Store before you can practice.
Swim: Join
the swim team and learn skills you can use the rest of your life.
Practices are each day, from 3:00-4:30, in our heated pool. No experience
necessary. Free team suit for everyone. See Coach Williams in room 219 or come
to the pool after school.
Track & Field: The
track team is seeking athletes of all abilities; if you want to join the team
get your gold card from Ms. Murphy in the student store and bring it to
practice. We meet for practice each day @ 3PM in front of the visitors
bleachers. If you need more info talk to Mr. Orellana in room 124 or Mr.
Osborn in room 127.
Softball: Come out for softball today at 3pm on the
softball field; get your gold card from Ms Murphy to participate.
Attention
Juniors: If you are interested in
applying for the ROP Cosmetology OR Barbering program through the Shasta School
of Cosmetology, applications are now available online at www.ShastaSchoolofCosmetology.com
or in the Go Center. Applications are due by Friday, April 30th. Submission
instructions are listed in the application. If you have any questions please
contact Dani Pavone at dpavone@auhsd.net
Students
wanting to participate in this year’s UC Davis Upward Bound summer program that
includes a week at Camp McCumber and a week in Hawaii, you need your
application to Pam Dunlap in the Go Center by this Friday, April 30th.
Attention
Juniors: ELA State Testing will take place today (Tuesday April, 27th)
