Track: Regular season track practice begin
today. All boys and girls planning on participating on the track team,
get your gold card from Ms. Murphy in the student store and be on the track
before 3:00 every day this week. We have less than three weeks to get
ready for our first meet—the Anderson Invitational. See Coach Williams in room
219 if you are planning on participating in track, but you can’t be at practice
yet.
Prom:
There will be a meeting Thursday during lunch in room 326 to discuss
fundraising for the Anderson High School 2020 prom. The theme is the Great
Gatsby. Please join us old sports for a roaring good time.
Sophomores
and Juniors: If you are interested in participating in a program that
will be an additional resource to you and help you plan and prepare for
college, please see about joining the Shasta College TRIO program. By joining
TRIO ETS now, you may also be eligible for the Spring Break 3-day field trip to
visit college campuses in the Bay area and Central California.
Applications can be picked up from Mrs. Esparza in the Go Center.
Cub
Connection: This Thursday take advantage of our free opportunity to go behind
the scene of the planetarium and enjoy the great show they offer. Seating is
limited so please sign up in Room 212 with Jennifer.
