Students:  UC Davis School of Medicine is offering a FREE 6 session program to introduce high school students to various health professions. Lady Cubs:  Shasta college Girls Spring soccer class. There is an opportunity  for high school girls to sign up for the Shasta college girls soccer spring class.  They just got clearance to start Jan 25th.  If you are interested see Mrs. Romero.

 

 Lady Cubs:  Anderson High School is participating in a 6-week “Futures and Options” program provided by Girls Inc. beginning Tuesday, January 26th every Tuesday on campus for 6 weeks from 12pm-1:00pm. Interested girls can sign up at the link on the website or in the Counseling Office. This is a great opportunity for our students to learn about money, paychecks, deductions, credit, lending and other finance related

Cross Country is starting up this upcoming Monday (1/25), after school on the track (weather permitting) or in the gym.  No experience is needed.  Come out and get in shape for yourself or to prepare for another sport.  Join to make new friends or just to challenge yourself.  Be sure to get your gold card from Ms. Murphy in the student store.  Hope to see you there.

Students who had signed up for the PSAT in October, but were unable to take it, we will be offering another PSAT on Tuesday, January 26th. Please check in at the counseling office to confirm that you would still like to take the PSAT. If you are a Sophomore or Junior that didn’t sign up, but is interested in taking the PSAT, there may be spots available. Please stop by the counseling office for more information.
