Attention
all powder puff participants: All blue extracurricular activity
forms must be turned into Mr. Long in room 321 before you are allowed to coach
or practice with your team. Practice time will be from 6:00 to 7:00 pm Tuesday
through Thursday of this week. Please meet in front of the big gym at 6:00 each
day.
Attention
All Senior Football Players: Please have the money turned in
for senior night posters to Marti in the student store by October 6th.

Seniors:
On Friday October 6, GEAR UP will take seniors to Shasta College for their
preview day. Events include tours, application and financial aid
workshops, information sessions, and lunch. All events are FREE.
Please contact Mr. Martin to sign up.
Shasta College TRIO Juniors: Please turn
in your UNR field trip permission slips asap! Mrs. Esparza is in
the Go Center today if you have any questions.
Seniors,
Juniors, and ambitious sophomores: If you would like to improve your SAT scores, please join us this
Saturday for the Study Smart Tutors SAT workshop. The will be held from
10:00-2:00, and pizza will be provided. You will receive tips on better
test taking, a practice test, and a study guide. This event is FREE.
Please sign up with Mr. Martin in the counseling center.

Monday, October 2nd-Revenge of the Nerds: It’s time to kick
off the 2017 homecoming week with a Nerd Day. Make sure you come to school in a
full nerd attire and come out to the quad for some trivia crack.

Tuesday, October 3rd-In Need of Some Country Air: Howdy Y’all!
Get on boots, spurs, and your cowboy hats and head out to the quad at lunch for
a hay bucking contest. Have a hootin’ and hollerin’ good time.

Wednesday, October 4th-Skate or Die day: Make sure you catch
some air on your way to school wearing a thrasher shirt and some vans. Also
make sure to head out to the quad at lunch for a gnarly activity.

Thursday, October 5th- That’s so not Frat: Attention all
pledges! Dress out in your best Sperry’s, Chubbies, and Polo’s, then come out
at lunch and play some frattacular game of cornhole.

Friday, October 6th- S’port your Extreme Blue and Gold Day/Jock Day:
Wear your favorite jersey that represents our school colors! And if you don’t
own a jersey, show up in some extreme blue and gold and S’port our cubs.

October 7th- A Cliché Night
at the Dance!!: Come dance around on Saturday October 7th from 8-11pm in
the big gym! Dress casual and comfortable!! Tickets will be on sale Wednesday
September 27th during lunch for $7 without an ASB, $5 with an ASB, and $10 at
the door! (Please
no heels)
Also Join our Selfie contest on Instagram and get a chance to win
a Dutch bros gift card! Post as many pictures you want and tag our blue crew
account @auhsbluecrew and tag #auhshoco2k17, #cubculture, #auhscubs to be enter
in the contest!
Dutch Bros crew in Anderson will be dressed up for our Homecoming week,
