JV and Frosh
Volleyball Tryouts will be this week from 3-5 each day in the Small Gym. You
must have your GOLD CARD in order to try-out. Be sure to dress for
practice.
GIRLS
GOLF: All interested girls who want to play for the three time
defending league champion golf team, sign up with Coach Longnecker in room 322
and receive information. Practice begins on Monday, August 22nd.
SWIM TEAM: The boys’ and girls’ swim team
are looking for new swimmers for the 2016 season.
Get your
athletic paperwork from the attendance office and see Coach Williams
today. Stop by room 219 or come to the pool after school if you would
like to find out more about becoming a Cub swimmer.
Counselor Corner: If you need schedule changes,
please see your counselor in the Counselor’s Corner during lunch time in the
cafeteria where you can pick up course request change forms and turn them in to
your counselor, DO NOT go to the
Counseling office to make these changes.
Girls
Tennis: Want to be part of the girls’ tennis team? Anyone can
join, whether you have experience or not. Practice begins on Wednesday,
Aug 17. Meet at the courts 3:15-5:00. You need a gold slip to
participate, see Mrs. Ahern for paperwork.
Key Club: The first meeting of the school
year will be held on Monday, August 22nd during RTI in room 326. If
you were a member last year or are interested in becoming one, please don’t
miss it!
Cross Country: If you’re interested in joining
the Cross Country team, meet Coach Mair on the track at 3 p.m. daily first meet
is September 2nd.
RTI: This week for RTI please go by

Attention
All Working Students: Work Permits
expire on Friday 8/19! All work permits that were issued last school year or
during the summer must be renewed before Friday. Please pick up and fill out a
new Work Permit Application and return it to Dani Pavone in the Go Center.
Class of 2017… this Friday is Senior
Sunrise! Meet in the Home Side bleachers at 6:10 AM… the sun rises at
6:25 AM so don’t be late!
Students and Staff: Lifetouch Photography will
be on campus during the school day on Monday, August 22nd to take
pictures of all students and staff that have not yet had their photos
taken. These pictures are for our yearbook as well as our student and
staff ID cards so it is important to get done on this makeup date.
Students that did not attend Round Up or are newly enrolled will get call slips
in their social science class to go for their photos during that period.
Staff can attend whenever they have available time to see Lifetouch in the
small gym.
