Football:  Spring Training for 2019-2020 football season is coming next week.  If you are interested please get your gold card from Marti in the Student Store.  You will meet in the blue room at 3pm on May 13th for more information.

Seniors: The Sober Grad Jerky fundraiser continues thru Friday, May 17th, please support your sober grad night and pick some up to sell.   You can get yours during lunch in the student store.

Seniors: please turn in sober grad permission slips to Marti in the Student Store weather you’re going or not. Deadline is May 17th.
Staff and Students: The annual AUHS/WVHS Old West tri-tip dinner show will be held May 9th-11th at the Anderson Church of Christ.  The seating begins at 5:30 and dinner starts at 6 p.m.  A staff and student night will be held on Thursday, May 9th at the discounted price of $17 per person.   All other nights can be purchased at sscya.org.  Please see any performing arts teacher to get an order form for Thursday's discounted seats.  
Juniors: The Math SBAC exam has started. The test will be proctored during 2nd and 3rd periods from May 6-8. Your room assignments have been posted next to the RTI lists throughout campus. If you have any questions, please see Mr. Mason or your math teacher.

Attention all student: ASB elections are coming soon for next year. The deadline to turn in an application to run for an ASB office will be this Friday, May 10th. Please come and see Mr. Long during lunch in the leadership room to pick up an application to run.

Students: Cub Connection will be selling Italian sodas after school every Wednesday and Friday until the end of the school year.

Seniors:  National Recognition Products will be on campus today at lunch to pick up and drop off the final orders for graduation items.  If you have NOT ordered your cap and gown, this is the last day he will be on campus.

Attention CSF members, and students who are interested in college: CSF is meeting in room 310 during RTI Wednesday and Thursday to finish paperwork for the year.  CSF members, it’s time to get your paperwork up to date.  Seniors, it is very important that you finalize your paperwork before graduation.
Attention all students: Mr. Long needs you for his leadership class next year. It is the best class offered on campus, taught by the most humble teacher there ever was on earth. Mr. Long has not only won the title of Sadies spirit king for two years in a row, but he is also a caring teacher that wants his students to have some fun while serving the school. So come into the leadership room this week, during lunch, and ask some questions while picking up an application to join the greatest class in the galaxy. 
Attention Seniors: There will be a senior class meeting located in the leadership room 320 Today during lunchtime.

Prom Tickets: Prom tickets, today is the final day to purchase your tickets until 3pm, no ticket sales at the door, you can purchase them in the student store before school, during lunch or after school until 3pm, no tickets will be sold during class time.  Prices for single $30 or couples $50 without ASB, with ASB single is $25 and couple is $45.  Reminder if you have an outstanding student bill it has to be paid before you can purchase Prom tickets.
·         Note: FYI all Prom tickets are numbered and the students name who bought the ticket coincides with their ticket, if you find a ticket that you did not purchase PLEASE return it to Marti in the student store, you will not be able to use that ticket when your arrive if you did not purchase that ticket.  Bring your Student ID for check in.

Students: The California Department of Fish and Wildlife will be offering a Hunters Ed. Class here at Anderson High School starting May 5th from 12PM-4 PM. Three additional classes will be offered June 6th 12-4pm, July 7th 9am-1pm, and August 11th 9am-1pm. The class will be in room 311. The cost is $15 at the door. If you have any questions call Joe Hale at 530-744-8474. Seating is limited to the first 25 students. To register for the classes go to www.wildlife.ca.gov

Students: YCC 2019 summer youth program is now accepting applications. Anyone between 15 - 18 years of age may apply for a summer job. There will be 10 positions available. It is an 8-week program, beginning on June 10, 2019. Applications are due by May 10, 2019. For more information or an application see Dani in the Go Center.
